McKenzie Clarke, LCSW

McKenzie Clarke, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving as the ACO Care Coordinator for Responsive Care Solutions, an Accountable Care Organization participating in the Medicare Shared Savings Program. In her role, McKenzie supports the success of participating practices as the Compliance and Quality Assurance/Improvement Officer.


McKenzie has committed her most recent professional time to Bluegrass Care Navigators, where she previously was the Supervisor of the HEALing Transitions Program, participating in the University of Kentucky’s largest ever grant, HEALing Communities Study. In this role, she led a team of nurse and social work care navigators, assisting community members to medication treatment for opioid use disorder in 16 counties throughout Kentucky.


McKenzie brings experience working in Medicaid Managed Care. She served as Behavioral Health Case Manager at Aetna Better Health of Kentucky before transitioning to Manager of Clinical Health Services. In her role as Manager of Clinical Health Services at ABHKY, McKenzie was part of a team who developed the Supporting Kentucky Youth (SKY) program, providing care management services to children and youth in the child welfare system who have complex medical needs. McKenzie also represented Aetna Better Health of Kentucky as the Opioid Champion.


McKenzie began her career as a Psychiatric Social Worker at Eastern State Hospital where she earned her clinical licensure. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in Psychology and a Master of Social Work degree.
